What we collect

When you use this client portal, we collect the details you give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Project details
• Home visit requests
• Files you upload

If you continue with Google, we receive the basic profile Google shares: your name, your email address, and your picture.

Why we collect it

We use this information for three things:

• Account access
• Scheduling home visits
• Project communication

Google Calendar

CHB can connect Google Calendar so confirmed home visits stay on the schedule. Busy times on that calendar stay closed for booking. The connection is only for scheduling.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number, expiration date, or security code.

Where your information is kept

Your information is stored securely with trusted service providers that host and run the portal.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

Cookies are used only to keep you signed in. We do not use them to follow you on other sites.

Ask us to delete your information

Email jonathan@chbconstructiondesign.com to ask us to delete your account and the records tied to it.
